Just came across this device at Bambalapitiya Office.

First things first.. The Specs,

Its a 4.5 inch Device with FWVGA IPS
16M colour Depth
1.3 Ghz Quard Core
5MP Back Cam
Front VGA Cam
512MB Ram
4GB Rom
Ex. Mem up to 32Gb
Android KitKat

Price LKR 9,900/-

Its a Very budgetary Phone with 512MB ram.. colours are comparatively good but not Awesome.
Camera 5MP but hard to use on low light. Front is VGA ( no point of saying anything )
There are better options than this phone though.. all up to you.
